Roastery and Coffees
Originally, there was a cheese and butter shop in the house. The house has been restored and you can now follow the coffee roasting process in the very same building. Groups of different sizes are welcome to join a coffee tour in the roastery.
You will get to know more about coffee and the roasting process itself. You will also get a sample of fresh roasted coffee. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us!
We use a legendary Probat UG-22 coffee roaster in our roastery. Our coffee is always roasted in small portions to enhance the unique character of the different coffee beans. Coffee is roasted almost daily and we’ve got two coffee blends, Coffee and Espresso. We also roast one of the world’s most highly regarded coffees – Java Blue Mountain. In addition, we roast other special coffees every now and then.
Our Coffee blend can be used in either coffeemakers or press pots, wheras the Espresso blend is used in espresso machines or moka pots. Our coffee comes from different parts of the world and our coffee blending and roasting techniques are well preserved secrets!
You can buy one of our coffees to go or as a gift. A bag of coffee is also the perfect business gift. It is possible to get your own text and brand on business gifts. A bag of freshly roasted coffee is the best gift for any coffee lover!
